Every cherry is selectively hand-picked at peak ripeness by workers who have known this land for generations.

Sun Dried

Cherries are sun-dried after harvest. This natural drying process preserves the character of the bean before roasting.

Estate Roasted

Small-batch roasting on the farm. Each roast profile developed to honour the bean's natural character and origin.

Dispatched Fresh
