All products are estate-grown and processed at Raj Farms, Shanivarasanthe, Kodagu, Karnataka. Product images are representative. Actual appearance, colour and packaging may vary slightly between batches due to the nature of these food products.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST where applicable. Shipping charges are not included in displayed prices and will be communicated separately before dispatch. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
Orders are placed via WhatsApp or the order form on this website. An order is confirmed only after we send you a confirmation via WhatsApp with the payment details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
We recommend a maximum of 5 kg per customer per order. This is a direct-to-customer estate and we are not currently set up for bulk or wholesale orders.
Payment is accepted via UPI or bank transfer before dispatch. No order is dispatched until payment is confirmed. We do not store any payment information.
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of packing via India Post. Delivery timelines depend on India Post's schedule and are outside our control. A tracking number will be provided after dispatch. We currently ship within India only.
As a small family-run estate selling perishable food products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched. Every order is personally verified before dispatch.
If your order arrives damaged, tampered or significantly different from what was ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with photos and we will resolve it at our discretion.
Raj Farms Coorg operates under FSSAI Registration No. 21223109000012. All products comply with applicable FSSAI food safety standards.
